Aico Marie C. Sanico, RMT is an art enthusiast, writer and licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist. She earned her degree of Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (formerly Bachelor of Medical Technology) in Adventist Medical Center College where she studied as a scholar of Philippine Association of Medical Technologists, Inc. (PAMET). During her college years, she was the Editor-in-Chief of The Clone (official publication of the college) for a year and served through different positions until she graduated. She was also the Editor-in-Chief of Paladin, the official yearbook of the college. She finished her degree as Cum laude and was recognized as the Best Intern of the class. She was given the PASMETH Excellence Award from Philippine Association of Schools of Medical Technology and Public Health, Campus Journalism Award and Special Leadership Award. She also graduated from School of Leaders (SOL) and Leadership Development Institute (LDI) of L.A. Ministries, Inc. 

At present, she is working at Dr. Uy Hospital, Inc. as the Chief Medical Technologist of the Laboratory Department and has been serving the institution for more than six years. She is an HIV Proficient and trained in Microbiology Section where she enjoys incorporating her passion in art through the different colors involved in this area of the laboratory. Currently, she is active in HIV awareness programs and community service.

As a young woman and entrepreneur, she believes in big dreams and she loves the One above who can make them into reality. Her desire and passion in art and writing led her to a deeper understanding of life and wanted to share it to the world, inspire people and lead others to what is true and eternal. She is in her own happy place because she believes that doing great works is more of how secured her soul is and less about location and possessions. She wanted to pour out her heart to everyone within her reach and she aims to bloom where she is planted.
